At TeakMantra, our goal is to provide you with premium furniture and an effortless shopping experience. Every product is crafted with care, and we take pride in ensuring that it reaches you in perfect condition. Still, if you face any issues, our return and refund policy is designed to support you.

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.
- A deduction of 10% (payment gateway & processing charges) will apply on the paid value.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation will not be accepted. In exceptional cases (at TeakMantra’s sole discretion), the customer will bear two-way shipping charges.
- Customised products, sale items, or discounted products cannot be cancelled.
- For part-payment orders, the advance amount will be treated as cancellation charges.
- In rare cases, order processing may take up to 180 days; refunds will not be issued during this time.
Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in damaged or defective condition.
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels, price tags, and invoices.
- Do not accept packages with visibly tampered or damaged packaging.
- Strong packaging is required for return transit; damage caused during return transit due to poor packing will not be covered.
- Products damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return. In rare acceptance (at TeakMantra’s discretion), a 10% deduction + two-way transport charges will apply.
- Customised items and products purchased on sale/discount are non-returnable.
- We offer replacements only, not refunds, for in-transit damages.
Accepted Reasons for Return:
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
- Incomplete delivery
- Incorrect product
Return Process
- Contact our customer support via email with order details and proof of issue.
- TeakMantra will arrange for reverse pickup (where available).
- In locations without reverse pickup, customers may be asked to self-ship or dispose of the product as guided.
- Reverse pickup usually takes 7–10 working days.
Refunds
Refunds will be initiated only when replacement is not possible.
- Processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned product.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used:
- Credit/Debit Card → Credited back to card
- Net Banking → Refunded to same account
- Gift Voucher/Coupon → Reissued as voucher of same value
- Other payment methods → Refunded via NEFT or account payee cheque
- Wallet credits used for purchases will be re-credited to wallet.
Please note: Bank/Payment Gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Refund/Return Not Applicable If:
- Product misuse or mishandling by customer
- Damage due to non-reporting of earlier issues
- Missing original packaging, accessories, or invoices
- Customised orders or discounted products
